1. What Nemo is — and is not
Nemo is a journaling and self-awareness tool for traders. It helps you record trades and reflect on the emotions behind them. Nemo is NOT financial, investment, or trading advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes. These terms are an agreement between you and Moro Tech ("Nemo", "we").
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, and must be of legal age to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Free use, the AI coach, and billing
Nemo is free to use: unlimited trade logging, all statistics, and the browser extension, with no payment method required at signup or at any time. The AI coach is an optional paid subscription ($25 USD/month or $250 USD/year) that includes a 7-day free trial. We collect your payment method only when you choose to start that trial, and your card is charged on day 8 unless you cancel before then.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. If you cancel, you keep full use of Nemo — your trades, statistics and extension continue to work, free, exactly as before. Only the AI coach stops at the end of the paid period. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no reverse-engineering, no abuse of the AI features, no automated scraping, and no attempts to access other users’ data. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. AI features
Nemo uses third-party AI (Anthropic) to generate reflections and coaching prompts from the information you provide. AI output can be wrong or incomplete and is for reflection only — see Section 1.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features, and may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use means acceptance.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and Moro Tech is not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
9. Governing law & contact
