What Nemo collects
Nemo stores the trading journal data you create: trades you log (symbol, direction, outcome, R-multiple), the feelings and notes you attach to them, your strategy rules, and your app settings. Your account is identified by your email address. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
What the Chrome extension does
The extension runs only on TradingView chart pages and on the Nemo web app. On TradingView it shows your own rules when you place a trade and logs the entries you confirm. It reads no chart data, no broker credentials, and no personal information from TradingView. Data is stored locally in your browser and synced to your Nemo account when the web app is open.
Where your data lives
Your data is stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database with row-level security: every row is tied to your account and no other user can read it. Chart screenshots you upload are stored in a private bucket accessible only by you.
AI coaching
When you chat with Nemo or use AI features (recap, emotion scan), the relevant trade notes and statistics are sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate the response. They are not used to train models.
Who processes your data
We rely on a few trusted providers to run Nemo and share only what each needs: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage, Canada region), Anthropic (AI features), Stripe (payments and sales tax), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email such as password resets), and Sentry (error monitoring). We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
What Nemo never does
Nemo never places, modifies, or blocks real trades. It never sells your data. It never shares your journal with anyone. It is a mirror, not a broker.
Your data is yours
You can export everything as JSON from Settings → Privacy & data, and permanently delete your trade history — or your entire account and everything in it, which also cancels any subscription — from Settings → Danger zone.
